All of our inflatables are full day rentals. We aim to arrive at least an hour before your party starts so everything is set up, anchored and tested before the first guest shows up.

Yes. We deliver, set up, anchor and pick up every unit. A delivery fee may apply depending on distance, and we will confirm it when you book.

Every rental lists its footprint. Bounce houses fit most backyards, while XL combos, water slides and obstacle courses need more room. Tell us your available length and width and we will help you pick something that fits.

The blower needs a standard outlet within 100 feet of the setup spot. If power is farther than that, you will need to add one of our generators. Personal or customer supplied generators are not allowed.

Yes. Grass is ideal because we stake into it, but we can set up on concrete, asphalt or a driveway using sandbag anchoring for an added charge.

If you want it to run wet, you just need a standard garden hose that reaches the setup area. We connect it and show you how it works.

Call us by 8:00 AM the day of your event to cancel for weather, and we will work with you on a new date. Deposits and payments are non refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date.

The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event. A signed rental agreement is required for every rental and is signed electronically when you book.

Yes. Please call 811 at least 3 business days before your event so underground utilities are marked before we stake anything down.

You do. An adult supervisor is required at each unit the whole time it is in use. Staffed attendants can be arranged for an extra charge.

Yes. We carry liability insurance on our equipment and services.
